Job Description

  • Design and implement internal control systems to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular internal audits to identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of internal controls to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control measures.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation related to internal control processes.
  • Support the Accounting & Finance department in identifying and mitigating financial risks.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes impacting the FMCG sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Internal Control professional should have:

  • Should be a CA/ CPA/ CISA/ CMA/ CIA
  • Experience in implementing and evaluating internal control systems.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards relevant to the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying risks.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams.
