The position partners with global and regional stakeholders to improve manufacturing performance, establish benchmarking standards, and support strategic industrial engineering programs.

Job Description

  • Lead regional Industrial Engineering performance strategy and manufacturing KPI governance.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for supply performance metrics and reporting frameworks.
  • Develop analytical insights and dashboards to support operational decision-making.
  • Drive productivity, labour efficiency, non-quality cost reduction, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Establish performance measurement systems and continuous improvement processes across manufacturing sites.
  • Lead focused improvement and value leadership programmes across the regional network.
  • Partner with engineering teams to identify automation and productivity enhancement opportunities.
  • Support and lead strategic Industrial Engineering and supply chain transformation projects while building capability within regional teams.

The Successful Applicant

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Project Engineering, Logistics, or Plant Leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated track record in operational excellence, process improvement, productivity enhancement, and project management.
  • Experience in manufacturing performance management and KPI analytics.



Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities.
  • Advanced experience working with performance metrics, spreadsheets, and operational reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing technologies and manufacturing systems.
  • Experience in Continuous Improvement / Focused Improvement methodologies.
  • Understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations including Plan, Make, Source, and Deliver processes.
  • Strong change management and stakeholder management skills.
