The Head - Workshop & Maintenance will oversee and ensure the efficient functioning of workshop operations and maintenance activities across both verticals in the energy and natural resources industry. This role is based in Ahmedabad and focuses on managing workshop and maintenance.
  • Only candidates with exp of leading workshop maintenance for heavy equipment
  • Only candidates with at least 10-15yrs of experience

Job Description

  • Manage workshop operations and ensure the timely completion of maintenance activities.
  • Oversee the performance and maintenance of equipment and machinery.
  • Develop and implement strategies for optimising engineering and manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations across both verticals.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for workshop and maintenance activities.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members as required.
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of processes and workflows in the workshop.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head - Workshop & Maintenance should have:

  • A degree in engineering or a related technical field.
  • Strong knowledge of workshop operations and maintenance practices within the energy and natural resources industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing engineering and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for maintenance management.
  • Commitment to ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
