Head - Testing & Commissioning (T&C) to lead end-to-end commissioning activities for mission-critical infrastructure, including large-scale Data Centers. The role will be responsible for ensuring all Electrical and Mechanical systems are installed, tested, and commissioned in line with design intent, safety standards, and operational requirements.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage all Testing & Commissioning activities for data center projects.
  • Define and implement commissioning strategies and best practices.
  • Build, guide, and supervise Cx teams and vendors.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end Electrical & Mechanical system commissioning.
  • Ensure all systems meet design intent, safety norms, and operational readiness.
  • Coordinate with design, execution, OEMs, consultants, and clients.
  • Manage commissioning of HV/LV, UPS, DG, protection, and earthing systems.
  • Oversee HVAC, fire systems, pumps, piping, and BMS/IBMS commissioning.
  • Approve FAT, SAT, IST plans, reports, and performance benchmarks.
  • Ensure snag closure and complete documentation for handover.
  • Enforce quality, safety, and compliance with international standards.
  • Present progress, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred)
  • * 20+ years of experience in Testing & Commissioning of mission-critical infrastructure
  • * Proven experience in Data Center commissioning projects is mandatory
  • * Prior experience in a leadership role (Head / Lead / Senior Manager) preferred
