Job Description

  • Manage and ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations.
  • Oversee tax planning strategies to optimise tax liabilities within legal frameworks.
  • Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for tax audits and assessments.
  • Stay updated with changes in tax laws and ensure implementation within the organisation.
  • Provide guidance and support to the finance team on tax-related matters.
  • Assist in developing and implementing tax policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and present tax reports to senior management as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Taxation Lead should have:

  • Professional qualifications in taxation or accountancy or law, will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of direct/indirect tax regulations in India and globally.
  • Experience in industrial/manufacturing sector is preferred.
  • Proficiency in tax software and financial systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail.
