The Head - Sustainability Officer drives the environmental, social, and governance agenda, ensuring all data-centre projects align with global green standards and the Group's sustainability commitments.

Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesEnvironmental Management:

  • Lead the roadmap for achieving carbon neutrality across all sites.
  • Oversee RE power sourcing, water reuse, and waste heat recovery systems.



Certifications:

  • Secure LEED Platinum, EDGE, and ISO certifications for all facilities.
  • Coordinate ESG audits and disclosures with Tata Sustainability Group.



ESG Reporting:

  • Develop annual ESG report and data transparency dashboards for investors and clients.



Social Responsibility:

  • Implement CSR and local community programs around each site.



Governance:

  • Integrate ESG KPIs into leadership performance metrics.



The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years in sustainability, energy efficiency, or ESG reporting (infra or real estate).
  • Knowledge of international frameworks (GRI, TCFD, SASB, CDP).
