Job Description

  • Manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including logistics, inventory, and distribution
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and maintain optimal stock levels
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure cost-effective deals
  • Monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain metrics and performance to leadership
  • Lead cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain processes and improve efficiency

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:

  • A degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize supply chain processes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for vendor and stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on cost efficiency and operational excellence
