  • Work with business teams to embed controls into daily processes.
  • Track control gaps and help teams put practical actions in place.
  • Prepare clear updates on risk and control matters for stakeholders.
  • Maintain records of key risks, controls and action plans.
  • Help improve control processes across the automotive business.
  • Promote consistent risk awareness across relevant teams.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience handling risk and controls work.
  • Knowledge of reviewing business processes and control gaps.
  • Ability to document risks, controls and action plans clearly.
  • Confidence working with different business teams.
  • Ability to explain risk and control topics in simple terms.
  • Experience preparing updates for internal stakeholders.
