The Project Head is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of large-scale industrial, warehousing, and commercial projects, ensuring timely delivery and operational excellence. The role oversees project planning, design coordination, procurement, construction management, infrastructure development, safety compliance, and stakeholder coordination through all phases, from project inception to final handover.

Job Description

  • Project Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget adherence.
  • Design & Engineering Coordination: Manage design approvals and collaborate with consultants, authorities, and clients.
  • QHSE Management: Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Operations Management: Oversee site operations, resource planning, contractor performance, and issue resolution.
  • Project Controls: Monitor progress, risks, costs, and project performance through regular reporting.
  • Commercial Oversight: Support budgeting, cost optimization, cash flow management, and contractor payments.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and government authorities.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure timely handover of high-quality, client-centric project deliverables.

The Successful Applicant

  • Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory); postgraduate qualification in Construction or Project Management preferred.
  • Experience: 15+ years of project management experience with successful end-to-end delivery of large projects across industrial, commercial or mixed used developments
  • Project Execution: Proven experience in executing greenfield developments across large land parcels.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of PEB structures, RCC construction, and industrial infrastructure development.
  • Project Management: Thorough understanding of the complete project lifecycle, from design and planning to execution and handover.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with statutory approvals and compliance requirements for industrial and SEZ projects.
  • Tools & Systems: Hands-on experience with project planning and tracking tools such as MS Project and Excel.
