Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive product planning strategies for digital initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and market trends.
  • Lead the development and execution of digital transformation projects in the manufacturing sector.
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage product lifecycle processes, from ideation to launch and beyond.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of digital products to ensure they meet strategic objectives.
  • Drive innovation by identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into product planning.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the digital product planning team based in Mumbai.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head Product Strategy should have:

  • A strong educational background in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in product strategy in Agri space
  • Experience in leading digital transformation projects in industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends.
