About Our Client

Our client is a leading equipment manufacturing player based out of Gujarat. They are looking to hire a Head of Operations. The role will be pivotal in driving Multi Site Manufacturing operations, operational excellence, productivity, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description

  • Leading operations for the organization which has multi-site operations.
  • Overseeing Production, Maintenance, Service, Supply Chain, Quality, Safety, Plant HR, and Plant Finance, ensuring operational excellence and business growth in machine manufacturing.
  • Ensuring compliance with IATF/ISO standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements.
  • Leading supplier/customer quality initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Managing budgets, cost optimization, and efficiency improvement.



The Successful Applicant

Ideally you are a Mechanical Engineer with 20+ years of overall experience. You have prior experience of working in machining, fabrication and assembly operations, particularly in the make-to-order space. You are a domain expert and have handled the end-to-end operations for manufacturing plants. Also having experience in managing large-scale production environments and prior experience of working with cross functional teams across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and engineering.
