Job Description

  • Provide legal support for project finance and land acquisition.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Advise on regulatory and compliance matters.
  • Ensure legal risk management for projects.
  • Manage disputes and litigation when needed.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external advisors.
  • Keep updated on legal changes affecting the energy sector.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A law degree from a recognised institution with at-least ten years of experience
  • Experience in project finance and land-related legal matters.
  • Prior experience managing a team
