Job Description

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements including customer contracts, procurement agreements, supply agreements, distribution arrangements and service contracts.
  • Providing legal guidance on manufacturing, healthcare and technology-related business transactions.
  • Advising business teams on contract risk, liability management and dispute prevention.
  • Supporting regulatory and compliance initiatives
  • Managing external counsel and overseeing litigation, claims and dispute resolution matters when required.
  • Supporting investigations, policy implementation and compliance programmes.
  • Advising on data privacy, competition law, anti-bribery and corporate governance matters.
  • Support merger, acquisition and strategic business initiatives, including due diligence, transaction documentation and post-transaction legal integration where required.
  • Ensuring legal processes are aligned with both Indian regulations and global compliance standards.



The Successful Applicant

An ideal candidate profile would be as follows:

  • Qualified lawyer with 10-15 yrs of experience
  • Strong knowledge of legal and compliance frameworks
  • Experience in managing contracts and legal disputes.
  • Experience in end-to-end transactions (M&A).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
