The Head of Investor Relations will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive investor relations strategy, driving fundraising efforts and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective investors. This role will also play a key part in financial analysis, strategic planning, and due diligence to support business growth initiatives.

The organization combines multiple financing solutions into a unified model, addressing gaps in affordability and accessibility within the healthcare sector.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end equity and debt fundraising, including investor identification, outreach, and deal execution.
  • Build and manage relationships with institutional investors, ensuring consistent and transparent communication.
  • Craft high-impact investor materials including pitch decks, updates, and strategic narratives.
  • Partner with leadership to deliver financial insights and support key business and growth decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and KPI tracking frameworks.
  • Analyze market dynamics, competitive positioning, and opportunities to inform strategy.
  • Drive due diligence processes across fundraising, strategic partnerships, and potential M&A transactions.
  • Support valuation analysis and investment decision-making through robust financial modeling.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support governance processes, including investor reporting and shareholder communications.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head - Investor Relations should have:Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification preferred.



Experience:

  • 4-6 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital, preferably within a high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated success in leading equity and venture debt fundraising processes, including investor engagement, due diligence, and board-level reporting.
  • Strong exposure to financial, tax, and legal due diligence, ideally within VC/PE-backed organizations.
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and strategic analysis.
  • Familiarity with IPO readiness and public markets is a strong advantage.
