Job Description

  • Develop and implement the internal audit strategy.
  • Conduct audits to assess compliance and identify risks.
  • Review internal controls and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings.
  • Collaborate with management to address audit issues.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards.
  • Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Provide training and guidance to the audit team.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Qualified CA with minimum of 12 years of experience (Mandatory)
  • A strong background in internal auditing.
  • Knowledge of audit standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Confidence using auditing tools and software.
  • Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and leadership abilities.
