The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (flexible for strong experience)
  • 12-18 years of experience in hospitality design and design management
  • Proven experience handling multiple large-scale projects
  • Strong portfolio covering rooms, public spaces, and F&B environments
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, and Adobe tools
  • Strong design acumen with execution mindset
  • Ability to balance creativity, cost, and timelines
  • Excellent stakeholder and consultant management skills
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities
  • Awareness of sustainability and global hospitality trend
