Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and operation of enterprise decisioning platforms across the bank.
  • Define platform strategy, architecture, and roadmap to enable real-time, data-driven decision making.
  • Build and manage cross-functional teams including product, engineering, architecture, and support.
  • Design scalable, secure, and resilient systems integrating data, rules engines, and advanced analytics/models.
  • Drive stakeholder collaboration across business, risk, compliance, operations, and technology teams.
  • Ensure production stability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of platform performance and delivery efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head - Intelligence Automation should have:

  • A strong educational background in technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates strong platform leadership experience, having built and operated large-scale enterprise systems, preferably in banking or regulated environments.
  • Possesses deep knowledge of enterprise architecture, distributed systems, APIs, and event-driven design.
  • Has proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across business, technology, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Brings expertise in end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including development, deployment, governance, and production support.
  • Shows strong focus on operational excellence, ensuring platform stability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
