A company in the pharmaceutical industry located in Mumbai.Our client is a leading specialty pharmaceutical company with a strong global presence, known for maximizing the value of niche and specialty medicines through commercialization excellence and strategic portfolio management.

Job Description

  • Lead forecasting activities for multiple product launches and in-market brands, with a strong focus on European biosimilars.
  • Own and enhance the reporting ecosystem using Tableau, delivering actionable insights to global and affiliate leadership teams.
  • Drive business analytics, competitive intelligence, and market insights to support strategic commercial decision-making.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to develop accurate forecasts and performance reviews.
  • Lead and coach a team responsible for analytics, reporting, and data management activities.
  • Develop automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and data accessibility.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical forecasting and analytics, preferably in a regional or global role.
  • Strong expertise in biosimilars, including forecasting, competitive intelligence, and commercial analytics across European markets.
  • Hands-on experience with healthcare datasets and CRM platforms, such as IQVIA and Veeva.
  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and modeling capabilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders globally.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
