Job Description

  • Develop and implement a strong infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Assess existing infrastructure and identify areas for improvement or optimisation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure infrastructure supports operational needs.
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance system performance.
  • Work with vendors to manage infrastructure-related projects and services.
  • Oversee risk management and compliance for infrastructure systems.
  • Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Provide strategic guidance for infrastructure-related investments.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Strong experience in technology infrastructure strategy and management.
  • A background in financial services or retail banking is preferred.
  • Confidence with evaluating and implementing infrastructure technologies.
  • Good understanding of risk management and compliance in technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
