Our client is a leading conglomerate in the FMCG industry

Job Description

Reporting to the head of supply chain you will:

  • Own and govern the end-to-end Integrated Business Planning process.
  • Lead monthly Demand Review, Supply Review, Inventory Review, Financial Reconciliation, and Executive IBP meetings.
  • Ensure alignment between operational plans and financial commitments.
  • Develop and continuously improve IBP governance, policies, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to develop a consensus demand plan.
  • Partner with Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams to balance demand with production capabilities and inventory targets.
  • Identify supply risks, capacity constraints, and mitigation plans.
  • Drive inventory optimization initiatives while maintaining customer service levels.
  • Monitor key KPIs including Forecast Accuracy, Bias, OTIF, Inventory Turns, Fill Rate, Working Capital, and Service Levels.
  • Conduct scenario modeling and what-if analysis for business decisions.

  • Good communication and presentation abilities.
