Job Description

  • Lead recruitment and hiring processes for the region.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee performance management and appraisals.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws.
  • Support training and development programmes.
  • Handle employee relations and address grievances.
  • Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning.
  • Prepare and present HR reports to management.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in HR management, ideally in the property industry.
  • Strong skills in recruitment, performance management, and compliance.
  • Ability to work with senior management and teams effectively.
