Our Client is an independent investment fund (AIF CAT-III) that invests in Indian public markets with a private equity mindset

Job Description

The key responsibilities of the roles will involve but not be limited to -

  • Drive fundraising initiatives for public markets investments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with institutional and retail investors.
  • Develop and present fundraising strategies to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising goals with market trends.
  • Monitor and report on fundraising performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements during fundraising activities.
  • Identify new investment opportunities and potential investors.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to key stakeholders.



The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience - 5-10 years of relevant experience in fundraising, business development, private banking / wealth, investor relations, placement, or a client-facing role in asset management, private equity, or financial services
  • Strong executive presence, emotional intelligence and relationship building skills
  • Commit for medium to long-term rather than solve for something in the short-term
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and financial acumen
