The hiring organisation is a well-established and growing player in the FMCG industry, specifically in the food segment.

Job Description

  • Fundraising for Domestic Operation and International Operations
  • Preparation of Financial Model and CMA Data for projects Finance and Working capital Finance.
  • Reviewing of Fund based and non-fund based limits like CC, WCDL, LC & BG etc
  • Maintaining good relationships with Bankers, Financial Institution and other lenders
  • Obtaining Credit Ratings and dealing with credit rating Agency
  • Ensuring compliance with loan covenants, documentation requirements, and regulatory norms for existing term loans and working capital facilities.
  • Handling due diligence processes, periodic reporting, stock statements, QIS submissions, and other banking compliance requirements

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Fund Raising should have:

  • CA with 25-30 years of experience
  • Good experience with debt fundraising especially with working capital loans
  • Excellent communicator
  • Substantial experience with the Agri business sector
