  • Head fund finance, compliance, tax and SEBI/RBI interactions
  • Support deal execution, structuring, and transaction document review

Job Description

Serve as the primary finance and compliance contact for the investment team.

Provide proactive updates and reporting to senior management on compliance and finance matters.

Manage relationships with service providers, including administrators, auditors, and legal/tax counsel.

Drive process improvements and contribute to transformation projects.

Provide ad hoc analyses and reporting as required.

The Successful Applicant

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 13-17 years of post-qualification experience

Experience of working with SEBI registered AIF/ working at a Big4 in the tax and regulatory team catering to domestic PE/ VCs

Sound knowledge of transaction structuring from a tax and regulatory viewpoint
