Job Description

  • Manage all F&B operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
  • Work on menu planning and ensure it meets quality standards.
  • Supervise and guide the F&B team for smooth operations.
  • Monitor budgets and manage costs effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Track customer feedback and enhance service quality.
  • Analyse operational performance and implement improvements.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in managing F&B operations.
  • Strong knowledge of menu planning and cost management.
  • Confidence in leading and motivating teams.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations in hospitality.
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyse performance and implement improvements.
