Job Description

  • Define and lead the enterprise architecture strategy, vision, standards, and governance framework.
  • Partner with business and technology executives to align technology investments with strategic objectives.
  • Drive enterprise-wide architecture across Business, Application, Data & AI, Integration, Security, and Infrastructure domains.
  • Establish target-state architectures and transformation roadmaps for technology modernisation initiatives.
  • Lead cloud adoption, platform engineering, API-first strategies, and event-driven architecture practices.
  • Champion reusable frameworks, architecture patterns, and technology standards across the organisation.
  • Enable AI and GenAI initiatives through robust data, integration, and information architecture capabilities.
  • Ensure technology platforms are scalable, resilient, secure, and aligned with long-term business goals.



The Successful Applicant

  • 16-20 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Technology Consulting, Engineering Leadership, Solution Architecture, or Digital Transformation.
  • Background in Insurance and BFSI domain is higly desirable
  • Strong experience in designing and delivering large-scale enterprise technology platforms.
  • Deep expertise across Enterprise, Application, Data, Integration, Security, and Infrastructure Architecture.
  • Hands-on knowledge of AWS cloud services, hybrid cloud environments, containers, and serverless technologies.
  • Strong experience with APIs, Microservices, SOA, Event-Driven Architecture, ESB, BPM, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience architecting enterprise data platforms and AI/GenAI-enabled solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive organisational change.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MCA, or an equivalent qualification from a reputed institution.
  • Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies, DevOps practices, and enterprise-scale transformation programmes is highly desirable.
