Job Description

  • Define and execute enterprise-wide technology strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead large engineering teams (250+ engineers) ensuring delivery excellence and engineering best practices
  • Architect and implement hybrid and multi-cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI
  • Drive adoption of microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, and modern platform engineering practices
  • Establish DevSecOps, CI/CD, SRE, and automation frameworks to improve delivery speed and reliability
  • Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to deliver end-to-end digital solutions
  • Optimise infrastructure, manage engineering budgets, and ensure cost-efficient scaling
  • Build a high-performance engineering culture with strong focus on talent development and innovation



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience: 15+ years in engineering leadership, with 3-5 years in senior roles (Director/VP/Head) managing large teams
  • Domain Expertise: Preferably BFSI/insurance exposure with understanding of regulatory environments
  • Technical Skills: Multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI), microservices, APIs, DevSecOps, CI/CD, SRE, AI/ML/GenAI integration
  • Architecture Expertise: Enterprise architecture, platform design, cloud-native systems, event-driven frameworks
  • Leadership: Proven experience managing 200+ engineers, scaling teams, and driving large transformation programs ($10M+)
  • Methodologies: Agile, SAFe, DevOps maturity, automation frameworks
  • Education: B.E./B.Tech required; Master's (MCA/M.Tech) preferred
  • Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, innovation mindset, and ability to influence C-level leaders
