The company is focused on operational excellence, safety, reliability, continuous improvement, and sustainable plant operations while investing in modernization and growth initiatives.Job DescriptionLead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities across all plant electrical systems.Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of HT/LT systems, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, PCCs, VFDs, motors, UPS, DG sets, and electrical panels.Manage plant-wide power distribution and ensure uninterrupted electrical supply for continuous operations.Drive reliability improvement through RCA, RCM, predictive maintenance, and optimization initiatives.Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory regulations, LOTO, and Permit-to-Work systems.Execute electrical projects, plant expansion activities, modifications, and commissioning assignments.Lead and mentor engineers, supervisors, technicians, and contract manpower while building a strong safety culture.Manage maintenance budgets, spare inventories, SAP/CMMS records, audits, KPIs, and MIS reporting.The Successful ApplicantWe're looking for someone who has:15+ years of experience in Chemical, Petrochemical, Specialty Chemicals, Fertilizers, APIs, or other continuous process industries.B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory).Electrical Supervisor Competency Certificate would be an advantage.Strong experience in HT/LT electrical systems, transformers, switchgear, MCC/PCC, power distribution, motors, VFDs, DG sets, UPS systems, and electrical panels.Experience in preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance practices.Hands-on exposure to SAP PM and/or CMMS platforms.Knowledge of PLC/DCS coordination, energy management, vendor management, and project execution.Strong understanding of electrical safety systems, LOTO, PTW, and statutory compliance requirements.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, planning, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.Ability to operate effectively in a continuous process manufacturing environment.What's on OfferA permanent role in a leading chemical industry company.Opportunities to lead and develop a skilled team.Competitive salary and benefits package.If this role matches your skills and interests, kindly apply.Quote job refJN-082026-7078488Job summaryFunctionEngineering & ManufacturingSub SectorManufacturing operationsWhat is your area of specialisation?Industrial / ManufacturingLocationKachchhJob TypePermanentJob ReferenceJN-082026-7078488
