The VP Digital Infrastructure will lead and oversee the development, implementation, and management of digital infrastructure projects, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. This position in the technology and telecoms industry requires a strategic mindset and expertise in modern technological solutions.

Job Description

.1. Digital Strategy & Governance

Define the multi‑year digital and AI roadmap, standardize enterprise platforms, and strengthen governance, compliance, and change‑management frameworks.

2. Operations Digitalisation & Automation

Digitize core operational processes, integrate monitoring systems into a unified digital ecosystem, and scale automation to improve efficiency and consistency.

3. Cybersecurity & IT Risk Leadership

Lead cybersecurity strategy, implement security controls and incident‑response mechanisms, and drive enterprise‑wide risk and vulnerability management.

4. AI, Data & Analytics Enablement

Drive the adoption of analytics, automation, and AI for reporting, forecasting, operational insights, and ensure secure integration across all systems.

5. Centralised Operations Centre Oversight

Design and operate a centralized 24×7 operations centre with unified monitoring, incident management, escalation, and performance improvement.

6. Customer‑Facing Digital Enhancements

Enhance customer experience through secure digital portals, dashboards, reporting capabilities, and improved service transparency.

The Successful Applicant

Experience

  • 25+ years in Technology, Cloud, Telecom, or Infrastructure.
  • 8-10+ years leading digital transformation and automation initiatives.
  • Strong grounding in enterprise IT, cybersecurity, automation, and multi‑site operations.



Technical Strengths

  • Enterprise IT, infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital platforms.
  • Experience with automation, analytics, AI/ML, IoT, and integration of large operational systems.



Leadership Competencies

  • Strong stakeholder influence across CXO, operations, and engineering.
  • Ability to drive organisation‑wide adoption and change.
  • Strategic, structured, and decisive problem‑solver.
