Job Description

  • Lead the design and engineering of steel structures, structural components, and associated systems.
  • Perform structural analysis, design calculations, and technical validation using industry-standard software.
  • Design and review structural connections, anchor bolt systems, crane-support structures, and related components.
  • Coordinate with detailing teams to ensure timely preparation and review of engineering drawings.
  • Provide technical support to business development, project execution, and manufacturing teams.
  • Drive value engineering, design optimization, and cost-efficiency initiatives across projects.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable design codes, quality standards, and engineering best practices.
  • Mentor engineering teams and contribute to organizational technical capability building.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 17+ years of experience in structural steel design, PEB, or related engineering domains.
  • Strong proficiency in STAAD.Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, and MS Office tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of structural steel design, connections, fabrication drawings, and engineering standards.
  • Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects and stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in design optimization and value engineering initiatives.
