  • Lead corporate development initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with investors and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's financial position.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align corporate objectives with financial goals.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to financial reporting and investor relations.
  • Act as a key spokesperson for the company in investor meetings and industry events.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Corp Dev & IR should have:

  • A strong educational background in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, or investor relations.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
