Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end construction and project management activities in the mining and exploration sector.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
  • Monitor project budgets and resources to achieve cost efficiency.
  • Lead risk assessment and mitigation strategies for ongoing projects.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
  • Drive innovation and adopt best practices in construction and project management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head - Construction & Projects should have:

  • Educational qualifications in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale projects within the energy and natural resources industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mining and exploration processes and property management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to handle complex project challenges with effective problem-solving skills.
