Job Description

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for key components.
  • Work with suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Analyse market trends to identify sourcing opportunities.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials to support production schedules.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand material requirements.
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and standards.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Compulsory degree in engineering
  • Experience in strategic sourcing, preferably in OEM in either of BIW/Electrical/Electronics/Powertrain
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Confidence using procurement tools and systems.
  • Knowledge of market trends and cost analysis.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
