Job Description

  • Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Monitor and optimise cash flow and liquidity ; fundraising.
  • Oversee the company's treasury operations and banking transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Prepare and review reports on financial performance and forecasts.
  • Develop strategies to minimise financial risks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on funding requirements.
  • Lead negotiations for loans and credit facilities.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Qualified CA with minimum 11 years of experience (MANDATORY)
  • A strong background in banking and treasury management.
  • Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Confidence in handling banking relationships and financial negotiations.
  • Ability to work with financial systems and tools.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
