The organisation is currently on a strong expansion journey, with significant domestic scale, increasing international exposure, and a growing need for sophisticated corporate finance and banking coverage.Job DescriptionReporting to the CFO, the candidate will be responsible for leading the banking and corporate finance function across the group and its subsidiaries.Key responsibilities will include:Managing and strengthening relationships with banks, financial institutions and other lending partnersLeading debt fundraising initiatives across term loans, working capital and other structured borrowing requirement.
