The General Manager - Project Execution will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of large-scale building projects, ensuring excellence in planning, execution, quality, cost control, safety, and stakeholder management.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale high-rise and building construction projects from planning through handover.
  • Drive project delivery within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Oversee site execution across civil, structural, finishing, MEP, and external development works.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contracts, finance, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgeting, cost control, cash flow planning, vendor billing, and procurement strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, RERA norms, QA/QC standards, environmental guidelines, and EHS requirements.
  • Lead and mentor large multidisciplinary teams while proactively managing project risks and driving continuous process improvements

The Successful Applicant

  • 20-25 years of experience in large-scale building construction project execution.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-rise projects from planning to handover.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; PMP certification is an advantage.
  • Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge of QA/QC processes, EHS standards, statutory compliance, and RERA regulations.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and risk management capabilities
