Job Description

  • Leading, negotiating and independently handling real estate transactions, including title DDs, acquisitions, leases, inventory arrangements, etc.
  • Leading, negotiating and independently managing high-value contracts and strategic commercial documentation, including hotel management contracts, TSAs, etc.
  • Leading high value real estate transactions, including title DDs and acquisitions.
  • Ability to lead and close complex commercial contracts and other documentation.
  • The candidate should be capable of taking ownership of legal matters, handling the same fairly independently and delivering high quality legal support to business teams.
  • High level of customer centricity and solution-oriented approach required.



The Successful Applicant

  • 10-20 year's experience in law firms and/or in-house legal teams. Must include prior experience in leading real estate transactions and must include prior law firm experience.
