  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Handle litigation and disputes, working closely with external legal counsel when necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee legal risk management and provide solutions to mitigate potential risks.
  • Support the resolution of legal issues related to the metal industry and machining & stamping operations.
  • Conduct legal research and keep the business updated on relevant legal developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal strategies with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful DGM Legal should have:

  • A degree in Law from a recognized institution.
  • Proven experience in handling legal matters in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and regulatory laws.
  • Experience in managing legal risks and ensuring compliance within the metal industry.
  • Ability to draft and negotiate contracts and agreements effectively.
  • Proficiency in managing disputes and collaborating with external legal counsel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
