Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end transformation of Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable processes through ERP, automation and workflow platforms (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent finance systems).
  • Own the technology roadmap for lease lifecycle management - tenant onboarding, lease administration, renewals, fit-out tracking and lease abstraction.
  • Lead IT infrastructure planning and rollout for new and existing assets - from pre-commissioning network design to go-live and stabilisation.
  • Architect and implement smart building technologies - BMS integration, IoT sensor networks, energy and utility management, and centralised building analytics.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

▪ 15+ years of overall IT experience, with a strong track record of hands-on delivery in business/technology transformation programmes.

▪ Demonstrated, hands-on experience in a financial transformation project - Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable - is mandatory.

▪ Proven experience in retail leasing or office leasing technology/operations.

▪ Prior experience in network operationalisation of assets and digital innovation initiatives.

▪ Candidates with experience within Real Estate or PropTech organisations would be preferred

▪ Strong exposure to AI applications in operations and IoT / smart building technologies.
