Job Description

Global Transformation Head, Media, Mumbai City:

  • Potential pathway into a permanent operational or P&L leadership role, subject to performance and opportunity.
  • Develop and implement transformation strategies to achieve organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with teams to align operations with strategic objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
  • Engage stakeholders to drive support for change initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for effective transformation.
  • Analyse data to measure the impact of implemented changes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and guidelines.

The Successful Applicant
