Candidate should have 5-12 years PQE with LLB/LLM and experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating financial markets documentation across debt, credit, rates, derivatives, and prime brokerage agreements from an in-house or law firm background, for a global financial services organization should apply.

Job Description

* Client-facing role handling Contracts, Debt/Notes Issuance and Financial Markets documentation

* Drafting, review & negotiation of Credit, Rates, FX and Prime Brokerage agreements

* Regulatory compliance, legal advisory and research-driven contract support

* Strong stakeholder management across APAC, EMEA & US with excellent communication skills

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal professional should have:

  • A law degree from a recognised institution
  • Strong experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets or Financial Services legal functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
