Job Description

  • Oversee and optimize last-mile delivery operations for air routes
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Monitor and analyze delivery performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce delivery lead times
  • Manage relationships with logistics partners and ensure adherence to service agreements
  • Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to streamline dispatch processes
  • Leverage technology to improve tracking and reporting of last-mile delivery operations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global Last Mile Operations professional should have:

  • Strong knowledge of logistics and last-mile delivery processes in the international logistics industry
  • Experience in managing operations for a large organization, preferably an MNC
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using technology to optimize operations
