Lead General Ledger accounting and MIS reporting with full ownership of financial closing, inventory, and reporting accuracy. Work closely with leadership in a dynamic manufacturing setup to drive financial control and process improvements.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end General Ledger accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
  • Ensure accurate and compliant financial statements (statutory and internal)
  • Prepare and analyze MIS reports covering performance, variances, and trends
  • Handle inventory accounting, valuation, and month-end closure in ERP
  • Manage accounting for multiple entities and support consolidation
  • Collaborate with FP&A for budgeting and forecasting insights
  • Lead statutory and internal audits with complete documentation
  • Strengthen internal controls and improve GL/MIS processes and automation
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for data validation and reporting

The Successful Applicant

MBA Finance / CA Inter / M.Com / B.Com or equivalent qualification

7-15 years of experience in GL accounting and MIS reporting

Strong exposure to manufacturing / industrial environment. Should know Fixed Asset Accounting/Inventory/Depreciation.

Hands-on experience in month-end closing and inventory accounting

Experience with ERP systems - Navision and Microsoft D365 and advanced Excel is preferred (Not Mandatory).

Strong analytical mindset with ability to work in dynamic setups

Comfortable in a high-ownership, individual contributor role

Please note Saturdays are half days (work from home)
