Job Description

  • Oversee daily retail operations to keep stores running smoothly.
  • Maintain store standards across customer areas and back-of-house operations.
  • Plan operational activities and priorities for smooth business delivery.
  • Monitor store performance and address operational issues quickly.
  • Work with internal teams to keep retail activities aligned.
  • Manage vendors and service partners for timely operational support.
  • Review stock availability and store readiness to support sales.
  • Improve operating processes to strengthen consistency across Retail locations.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience managing retail operations across multiple locations.
  • Knowledge of store operations in the Health & Beauty industry.
  • Ability to plan and manage operational priorities.
  • Confidence working with vendors and internal teams.
  • Experience monitoring store standards and operational performance.
  • Ability to solve operational issues in a practical and timely way.
