The organisation has a strong track record across high-rise residential, commercial, institutional, healthcare, hospitality and mixed-use building developmentsJob DescriptionLead end-to-end client billing across multiple high-value building projects in the Mumbai region.Ensure timely preparation, submission and certification of client RA bills and final bills.Drive billing milestones in line with project schedules and contractual requirements.Review BOQs, measurements, quantity records, variations and change orders.Coordinate with clients, PMCs and consultants to resolve billing queries and expedite certification.Monitor certified bills, outstanding receivables, collections and revenue realization.Partner with Project Execution, Planning, Quantity Surveying, Contracts and Finance teams.Support commercial claims, escalation and extension-of-time documentation.Prepare billing MIS, management dashboards and revenue forecasts.Standardize billing processes, controls and documentation across projects.Lead, mentor and develop the regional billing team.The Successful ApplicantBE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.Over 20 years of experience in building construction organisations.Experience in High Rise Building Projects is required.At least 10 years of experience in billing or commercial billing leadership.Strong contractor-side client billing experience, including preparation and submission of client RA bills.Proven experience obtaining bill certification from clients, PMCs and consultants.Substantial experience in high-rise residential, commercial or mixed-use building projects.Experience handling billing for large multi-project portfolios, preferably exceeding INR 2,000 crore.Strong knowledge of BOQs, measurements, variations, claims, change orders and contract conditions.Exposure to Design & Build projects and commercial documentation.Strong stakeholder-management and team-leadership capabilities.Demonstrated career stability and progressive professional growth.Candidates with experience primarily in roads, highways, metro, railways, bridges, ports, tunnels, power, oil and gas, mining or industrial infrastructure will not be considered.What's on OfferOpportunity to lead the billing function for landmark building projects across Mumbai.A senior leadership role with visibility across project, commercial and financial stakeholders.Scope to improve billing certification, collections and revenue-realization cycles.Opportunity to standardize billing systems and practices across multiple projects.Exposure to complex, high-value Design & Build project portfolios.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and suitability.Mon - Sat work week.Quote job refJN-072026-7073935Job summaryFunctionPropertySub SectorQuantity SurveyingWhat is your area of specialisation?Property & ConstructionLocationMumbaiJob TypePermanentJob ReferenceJN-072026-7073935
