Job Description

* Lead daily fulfilment operations for a team of ~100 co-workers, including Team Leaders, across picking, packing, and handover activities.

* Drive operational control across store and warehouse fulfilment, ensuring efficiency, safety, and service levels in a shift-based environment.

* Set and standardize processes while working closely with multiple internal functions and external partners, with nearly 60% of outcomes dependent on cross-functional alignment.

* Support expansion plans across 5-6 locations in Bengaluru, with regular travel across units and involvement in new store openings.

* Build a strong performance culture aligned to company values, driving diversity, inclusion, communication, and succession planning at the floor leadership level.

The Successful Applicant

  • Graduate with 5+ years of experience in retail fulfilment, furniture retail, large appliance warehousing, e-commerce distribution, or structured 3PL environments.
  • Exp. leading large teams; Comfortable working on the floor in a uniformed, shift-based environment including weekends, holidays, and occasional late-night shifts.
  • Proven ability to build strong leadership capability, drive operational discipline, and collaborate across functions in a high-volume retail setting.
