The organisation is looking to strengthen its finance function by hiring an experienced FP&A professional who can support budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, MIS reporting and business performance analysis.Job DescriptionReporting to the CFO, the Manager/Senior Manager - FP&A will be responsible for driving budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, MIS reporting and business performance analysis for the organisation.Key responsibilities will include:- Leading the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasting and variance analysis- Building and maintaining financial models for business planning, scenario analysis and decision support- Preparing, analysing and presenting MIS reports to senior management- Tracking business KPIs, margins, costs and financial trends to support performance improvement- Working extensively on SAP for data extraction, validation and reporting- Enhancing dashboards, reporting tools and supporting automation initiatives- Partnering with business, operations and finance teams to improve forecasting accuracy- Supporting board packs, quarterly reporting and senior leadership reviews- Providing analytical inputs to support business and commercial decision-makingThis is a work-from-office role based on the Western Line of Mumbai.Work Week - 1st and 3rd Saturdays are working.The Successful Applicant- 5 to 12 years of post qualification experience in FP&A, business finance, corporate finance, financial planning, MIS or business performance analysis- CA, MBA Finance or CMA qualification- Strong hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modelling and MIS reporting- Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial, energy, infrastructure, oil & gas, mining or similar sectors preferred- Hands-on SAP experience is mandatory- Advanced Excel skills; exposure to Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools will be an added advantage- Strong analytical, communication and business partnering skills- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a high-growth environmentWhat's on OfferThis is an opportunity to join a fast-scaling manufacturing company in a high-impact FP&A role with strong visibility to senior finance leadership.The role offers the chance to work closely with the CFO and senior management on budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, MIS reporting, board reporting, quarterly reporting and business performance analysis.
