Our client is a high-growth group company with a rapidly expanding business footprint. The organisation is looking to strengthen its finance function by hiring an experienced FP&A professional who can support budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, MIS reporting and business performance analysis.

Job Description

Reporting to the CFO, the Manager/Senior Manager - FP&A will be responsible for driving budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, MIS reporting and business performance analysis for the organisation.Key responsibilities will include:- Leading the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasting and variance analysis

- Building and maintaining financial models for business planning, scenario analysis and decision support

- Preparing, analysing and presenting MIS reports to senior management

- Tracking business KPIs, margins, costs and financial trends to support performance improvement

- Working extensively on SAP for data extraction, validation and reporting

- Enhancing dashboards, reporting tools and supporting automation initiatives

- Partnering with business, operations and finance teams to improve forecasting accuracy

- Supporting board packs, quarterly reporting and senior leadership reviews

- Providing analytical inputs to support business and commercial decision-makingThis is a work-from-office role based on the Western Line of Mumbai.

Work Week - 1st and 3rd Saturdays are working.

The Successful Applicant

- 5 to 12 years of post qualification experience in FP&A, business finance, corporate finance, financial planning, MIS or business performance analysis

- CA, MBA Finance or CMA qualification

- Strong hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modelling and MIS reporting

- Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial, energy, infrastructure, oil & gas, mining or similar sectors preferred

- Hands-on SAP experience is mandatory

- Advanced Excel skills; exposure to Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools will be an added advantage

- Strong analytical, communication and business partnering skills

- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment
