Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the wire manufacturing facility to ensure smooth functioning
  • Develop and implement production plans to meet business objectives and deadlines
  • Monitor and improve operational efficiency, productivity, and safety measures
  • Manage and allocate resources, including workforce, materials, and machinery
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality assurance protocols, and safety regulations
  • Lead and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance performance
  • Coordinate with other departments to align operations with overall company goals

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manufacturing Head should have:

  • Strong educational background in engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing manufacturing operations, preferably in the wires & cables industry
  • Expertise in production planning, process optimization, and resource management
  • Solid understanding of quality control and safety standards
  • Leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
