Job Description

  • Handle billions in daily settlements, drive operational excellence while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Lead settlement transformation initiatives by leveraging predictive analytics to reduce settlement fails, evaluating DLT/blockchain solutions, and driving industry-wide programs such as T+1 settlement adoption.
  • Drive operational excellence through cost optimization, risk mitigation, process improvement, and strategic stakeholder management across Trading, Risk, Compliance, Custodians, CSDs, and regulators.
  • Direct a global team, drive technology transformation, manage risk and regulatory frameworks.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of experience in investment banking or financial services.
  • Deep understanding of securities settlement processes and market infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Understanding of global markets and financial instruments.
  • Settlement systems and platforms expertise.
  • Understanding of STP (Straight Through Processing)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
